Recovering deleted or lost data or processes
If you or someone else accidentally deleted data, or the data seems to be lost there is no need to worry. Depending on the nature of the data there are a couple of ways to go about it. If you are not an Administrator, please contact your Administrator first.
At the time of writing this article (November 2022), we are working on options to enable Administrators to restore deleted data or processes directly to the environment.
Until this is enabled, please contact us via the Support Portal with a detailed description including date of the deletion or data-loss and the nature of the data.
