Text is used whenever a text entry (letters or numbers) is to be made.

Number is used whenever you want to make a number entry with unit. You can enter any unit.

Selection is used whenever you want to make a choice between several options. For example, a question is placed in the upper field. Under Options, the various selection options are then specified.

Rating is used whenever you want to choose between several options and additionally classify the selection options (important e.g. for audits). Then you get a percentage or a score at the end, which represent the degree of fulfilment of e.g. an audit.

Camera is used whenever you want to take photos with your mobile device, e.g. photo documentation of a damage, defect or work result. With the Camera function, you can also upload photos you have already taken to the workflow. You can also use the camera to record videos and attach them to the workflow.

Audio is used when you want to record audio messages.

Date/Time is used whenever you want to make an appointment entry.

Button is used whenever you want to trigger a specific action via a button.

Barcode/QR code is used whenever you want to scan a barcode or QR code with your mobile device. The use of NFC tags is also possible.

GPS coordinate is used whenever you want to capture the geodata of the mobile device when performing an operation.

Signature is used when you want to capture a digital signature.

Object selection is used when the user is to make a selection when performing the operation.

With the "User/Group Selection", persons responsible for certain tasks can be selected from the user list in the workflow.

You can use a timestamp to record a point in time within a running workflow.

Document upload is used to upload a single document from the user’s device.

Measure shafts and bores for tolerance according tog ISO 286.

You can use the group element to structure a workflow and make it clear.

The repeat function is used when you want to create a list with recurring input fields and you do not know in advance how many items the list will have.

Workflow is used when another workflow is to be triggered as part of your workflow.

Logic elements are used when a combination of previously entered answers generate new results or tasks.

Similar to "Jobs". Task" is used when you want to create a follow-up task in the workflow. In contrast to the task element, here the user can determine who is to fulfil the follow-up task and when when executing a workflow.

Using the Calculation element you can set up a formula that is applied to the entered number in the field and you can initiate automation depending on the result.

Job is used when you want to create or automatically trigger a follow-up order. This is a reactive element, so it has to be triggered by starting or finishing the workflow or by making it part of an if/then condition.

WebHooks make it possible to tell a server software that a certain event has occurred and to trigger a reaction to the event. WebHooks can be integrated directly into the workflow.

Notification is used when you want to automatically send an email to a specific person after completing a job.

This allows you to highlight that a hazard has been detected or a warning generated during your task or control. This will then be highlighted in the report.

Label is always used when you want to give the user important information when performing a task, e.g. warnings. An input by the user is not possible here.

The Photo label element allows you to include a photo in the workflow. This is important, for example, when a target state or a desired work result is to be specified. Simply upload the relevant image in the workflow designer.

The HTLM element offers you more customisable options to design the workflow or report.

The Video label element allows you to include a video in the workflow. This is important, for example, when a target state or a desired work result is to be specified. Simply upload the relevant video in the workflow designer.

Beta Elements: not supported on every device or full funcionality yet

Object loop allows you to loop through a Business Model to show all existing Business Objects and to interact with them.

Object create element is a way to have the user enter a new record into a pre-selected Business Object.

Object Update allows to update a chosen Business Model and to update the data of the selected properties with a static or dynamic value

Interactive graphic allows you e.g. to upload a blueprint or map and draw clickable areas on the graphic to define other elements or labels to be shown.

The Issue element is used to track errors and automate follow up tasks, if the entries in the workflow trigger it.

The Layout element is used to create columns for entering information.
