Mobile2b lets you plan and organise different types of jobs in all kinds of ways. Planning jobs or tasks for yourself, other users and groups, for the future, right now or repeating for every week are all possible without any issues.
Creating Jobs
Start Workflow: Start any workflow right then and there, no planning or organisation necessary. Perfect for testing purposes or quick jobs.
Create Job: Plan a job for later, assign other user to it and add as much additional information as you want. You can also add documents, a priority level and have it repeat. Perfect to organise repeating jobs or assign them to the responsible user or group.
Create Task: Instead of a job, a task is not using a Workflow but a very easy structure. A title of the task, what has to be done, and than the confirmation with yes or no. It’s a nice and quick way to keep track of what has been done.
Managing Jobs
Your Jobs are being shown in 3 different states and can also be sorted by a number of other details.
There are also options to show them as part of a calendar or a list.
