How to import users from a CSV file?

If you would like to add multiple users at once without adding them one by one, this explains you how to.

 Instructions

  1. Go to your Account settings and select Users

  2. Scroll down to the button and click Import CSV file on the left

  3. In the pop-up window select the file you are looking to import. Make sure you have the CSV file formatted as it is in the below example saved in UTF-8 format (if not e.g. German umlauts might look weird):

Using incorrect formatting will cause an error. Make sure you use the above format.
