How to use the Text element

In the UI Designer you can use Text element to gather information. This is how to use it. This way you can record any custom text.

Instructions

Fist drag and drop the Text element into the middle section where you can see the end result as it is going to appear (What You See Is What You Get)!

Adjusting the Label field will give the name that shows above the text box. You can add a description in the Help field that will appear when hovering over the question mark next to the name.
You can select this field being Required (something that needs to be filled in to be able to save and complete the workflow) or not. You can mark it as a Long text to enable multi-line input and also use a Default value that will be filled in automatically like a hint (can be overwritten).
By filling in the ‘If-then conditions’ space, you can create a space where you can add the other elements that would be triggered automatically as next steps in the automation.

Margins are already preset, they don’t need to be adjusted, unless you prefer a unique design.
