Model Designer & Business Objects
Use the Model Designer to make your data models available on mobile devices connected to your jobs and interacting with the whole app.
Easily design your own data models and get rid of excel sheets which have to be shared. You do not need any programming knowledge.

Explanation of the Model Designer properties you can add to your Business Model
Intuitively choose the properties you need for the data table and add them via drop down to your Data Model.
ID is used to have unique numbers, which can be configured to have a predefined pattern (eg. | |
Text (short) is used whenever a text entry (letters or numbers) is to be made | |
Text (long) is used whenever a text entry (letters or numbers) is to be made which needs to break | |
Address is a predefined property with: Street and housenumber, postal code, city and country | |
Number is used whenever you want to make a number entry | |
Boolean is a binary variable that can have one of two possible values, 0 (false) or 1 (true) | |
Date is a date picker | |
Time allows you to choose hours and minutes (as a clock) | |
Date/time is a date and time picker | |
Selection is used whenever you want to make a choice between several options. For example, a manufacturer of a product needs to be classified and you need to have clear selection options to filter ther results and avoid typing errors | |
You can add a Status to show a choosen color and a status text | |
Image element allows you to include an image. This is helpfull, for example, for logos, blueprints, product pictures, etc. Simply upload the relevant image in the business model. | |
Display is always used when you want to give the user important information in the Business Model, e.g. warnings, or a subheading, etc.. An input by the user is not possible here. | |
With the "User/Group selection", e.g. persons responsible can be selected from the reistered user or group list of the app. | |

Business Model will be shown in the menu on the left (navigation) and not be hidden
Status indicator (deprecated) below the settings, please use the new status of the properties (see above)
Business Model can be use as a resource to save hourly rate e.g. in EUR
Translate the Data Model to different languages
This will allow you to translate the title and the labels of the properties in the Model Designer.
Note: Please be aware that entries in the Business Model as itself will stay in just one language and will not be translated.
Access Control of the Business Model
Devine who has access to the Business Model. You can chosse several users and groups.
